Worldwide Dive and Sail and Sam’s Tours Palau Launch New Luxury Liveaboard
Introducing_ Palau Siren_
In November 2012, Worldwide Dive and Sail, along with Sam’s Tours Palau, will launch their new liveaboard S/Y Palau Siren. This latest luxury yacht is currently under construction in Sulawesi, Indonesia. With the building overseen by WWDS owner and longtime diver Frank Van Der Linde, she is sure to be their greatest vessel yet!
Like her sister vessels in the Philippines and Indonesia, the S/Y Palau Siren will be 40 meters long and built of ironwood and teak in the traditional Phinisi style.
The Siren will host up to 16 guests in 8 spacious, en-suite and air-conditioned cabins. Every thought for the modern diver will be taken into account: a large dive deck, individual set-up and storage areas, indoor and outdoor camera stations with more storage for gear and computers in every cabin for photo editing. As with all WWDS vessels, you can be sure the crew will look after your every need.
Beginning November 2012, the S/Y Palau Siren will offer guests 7- and 10-night luxury dive safaris around the islands of Palau. Unique combo trips will also be offered in conjunction with her sister vessel, the S/Y Philippine Siren, giving guests the rare opportunity to visit two amazing and distinctive destinations. Guests may also opt to combine their liveaboard safari with a resort stay and land-based excursions organized by Sam’s Tours, Palau’s premier dive centre and eco-adventure tour company.
All 7- and 10-day trips will depart from and return to Koror. Trip prices start at 2150 Euro per person, based on 2 sharing in a twin or double bed cabin.
