Aqua Lung's New Pro LT BC: Back to Basics
VISTA, California – August 2009 – Aqua Lung has introduced a new Pro LT BC to the “Pro” family of BC’s that includes the popular Pro QD and Pro QD i3. The new Pro LT has a slim and trim design that eliminates surplus SCUBA “bling,” offering only essential components and basic new features. 
“The Pro LT is simply an affordable BC that provides divers with the most necessary elements,” says Olivier Laguette, Director of Marketing for Aqua Lung. “We’ve stripped it down to the bare minimums, so it’s lightweight but durable. It’s a quality BC that will last a long time.” A traditional wrap-around jacket style BC made from tough fade and abrasion resistant fabric that offers excellent drainage, the Pro LT features Aqua Lung’s patented SureLock II weight integration system that lets divers easily insert and lock their weights into place. The streamlined BC also introduces a new backpack design with a larger traction pad that provides greater surface area for a better grip on the tank. Designed for comfort and utility, the Pro LT incorporates a padded back and fully-adjustable waistband with ample organizational storage. New Octo-pocket and Console-pocket keep a diver’s additional air source and instruments close at hand with secure storage that allows for easy access and keeps items tucked in and in front of them. Extra storage can be found in the two large lobe pockets, each with a heavy duty, self-repairing, reverse-opening zipper and the four stainless steel flat d-rings.
