Ocean activist and mermaid Hannah Fraser has a breathtaking underwater adventure with whale sharks in Oslob in the province of Cebu, Philippines. Fraser, who goes by Hannah Mermaid, paired up with Emmy award-winning cinematographer and Scuba Diving Sea Hero Shawn Heinrichs to create this mermaid video to help highlight the plight of marine mammals at the hands of whalers.

According to Fraser's website, she is a world-acclaimed underwater performance artists and she creates her own mermaid tails.
