Key Largo is famous all over the world for its scuba diving and snorkeling. It's renowned for its key lime pie, laidback lifestyle and the United States' first marine-protected park. It's even famous in Hollywood: he 1948 film Key Largo, starring Edward G. Robinson, Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart, was set here, and parts of the Netflix thriller series Bloodline was shot here. It’s hard to choose three things we love about Key Largo, but we think you’ll love:

1. The scuba diving. With an abundance of dive sites both shallow and deep, reef and wreck, Key Largo is one of the world’s best places for bubble blowers. Dive sites are just a short boat ride out and there are sites appropriate for both novice and advanced divers.

3. The watersports. Whether you dive, snorkel, kayak, standup paddleboard, fish or sail, Key Largo and the Upper Keys are perfect for watersports activities. While scuba diving is the main attraction, there are other adventures to be had as well. You can snorkel the Christ of the Abyss statue, kayak through the mangroves, or enjoy a leisurely afternoon fishing and relaxing out on the water.
