You don’t have to wait until October to get involved in the fight against breast cancer. Dive into the Pink, a nonprofit formed in 2015 by breast cancer survivor and underwater photographer Allison Vitsky Salmon, is hosting its very first Think Pink photo contest in partnership with Dive Photo Guide.

Entering is easy, and anything goes as long as the color pink is featured in your photo. The photos may have been taken anywhere and at anytime, and entries are not limited to a specific style. Whether you are into wide-angle, macro, marine life or divers, if your photo features the color pink, you are eligible to enter.

Not only will you be helping to fund the fight against breast cancer, but first-, second- and third-place winners will receive the following prizes:

First Place: A seven-day trip for one to Crystal Blue Resort in Anilao, Philippines
Second Place: Kraken Hydra 2800 light
Third Place: Novel Kraken Weefine ring light

Entry is via donation, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be used to support the fight against breast cancer.

Entry fee is $10 per image or $25 for three entries.

More About Dive into the Pink:

Dive into the Pink, Inc. was started in 2015 by Allison Vitsky, a breast cancer survivor, veteran scuba diver and underwater photographer who wanted to raise money to fight cancer in an unconventional way—by going scuba diving with friends.

Its charters let divers get together for a fun, pink-accented day on the ocean, knowing that 100 percent of the proceeds will go toward survivor support and breast cancer research.

Funds are split between the Young Survival Coalition (YSC) and the Guise Laboratory at Indiana University. The YSC is an international organization dedicated to the critical issues of young women with breast cancer. Specifically, Dive into the Pink supports and promotes the YSC's incredible patient support network. The Guise Laboratory is part of the Department of Endocrinology at Indiana University; funds are earmarked for a project examining whether characteristics of the bone marrow microenvironment can alter or promote the spread of breast and other cancers to the bones.

Dive into the Pink is a salary-free, low-administrative cost 501(c)(3) organization.
