SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater. The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of PADI Worldwide Corp. (the "Sponsor") and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor is PADI Media Group, 2211 Lee Road Suite 109, Winter Park, FL 32789. Parent Company PADI Worldwide Corp. Sweepstakes Period: entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 12, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2021. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate.

In order to enter for the sweepstakes, you must complete on of the following:

A) Survey entry: complete the survey and enter your information
B) Mail-in Entry: alternatively, as a separate method of entry, mail in your name, address and email address to the Sponsor’s address listed above with an indication that you would like to enter the sweepstakes.

General Rules: All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No information regarding entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more that the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations and logins or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions technical failures, damage to a user’s computer equipment (hardware or software), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY CORRUPT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The retail value of the prize is $500. Each prize consists of a $500 Visa Gift Card (delivered electronically). Prize Restrictions: You are not guaranteed to win and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the prize notification is returned undeliverable or if the potential winner fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return the required documents within the required time period, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. Release & Waiver: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, loss, injuries or damages associated with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.

Rights Granted by you: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNER GRANT TO SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR (WHICH GRANT SHALL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR) AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE WORLDWIDE, IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLDWIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, WINNER’S NAME AND LIKENESS FOR PURPOSES OF ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE THAT THEY MAY RECEIVE PERIODIC NEWSLETTERS FROM SPONSOR AND WILL BE ABLE TO OPT OUT OF RECEIVING THIS COMMUNICATION AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK.

Disputes/Venue/Governing Law: By participating, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion or any prize awarded (if applicable) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in in the county of Orange County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any participant or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Privacy: Information collected form entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies, which can be found at /privacy/privacy-policy Entrants should be aware that Sponsor may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or Sweepstakes that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors.
